Service in horrible. They tried to put a lift kit in my 2012 Tundra and essentially destroyed factory parts marred the axel , beat the fender wells in. Could not get the alignment right after three tries and many other things went wrong. JR was the first to try to blame it on other situations but the truck was perfectly new. JR told me to get reimbursed by some others but when I finally tookMy truck to a reputable alignment repair and brought him the $ 100.00 bill they never paid it. These guys have a great facility but they are clueless unorganized and big big talkers. The techs are inexperienced and have cost me over $600 out of my pocket so far. Going to take the place by storm show them my cross threaded CV axel and demand reimbursement. I will let you know the final outcome but I would not take any of my vehicles their for any kind of service or install!!!

The employees here seem extremely knowledgable. Unfortunately their service was not up to par. I was told it would take 2 hours to install an iPod integration kit but I've been here 7 hours and they still are not done. They also were not prepared for the install even though I scheduled it weeks ago and called to make sure it would happen. They had the wrong cable and have gone back to the store twice and hopefully will now have the right one. They still aren't done yet. JR's...I'm in the waiting room and I'm still waiting...
