Provided by YP.comMy experience with Children's Dental Care has been excellent. They are professional and courteous. I have been taking my children there for over a year, Dr. Lalande is kind to both her patients and her staff. I could not be more pleased with this dentist office.

Provided by YP.comI took my son to this office once and never returned. Dr. McClellan was short tempered with her staff, making everyone seem uncomfortable and jumpy. A blonde assistant seemed so nervous she could hardly find her voice to be able to talk to me or my son. She just stared at us the whole time with a nervousness to her. I found the office dull and boring for being a kids office and the congestion with the orthodontist in the hall was ridiculous. I would not recommend this office if you like your dental staff to be comfortable with what they are doing in your child's mouth!

Provided by YP.comI was really disappointed with the care we received from this office. The staff was unfriendly and not willing to help in any way. I stood at the front desk as everyone ignored me for about 15 minutes, and I was standing there in front of the staff. The woman doctor was upbeat towards me, but when she worked side by side with her assistant she was snappy and you could tell she was annoyed with what she was doing. Seeing that made me feel so uncomfortable because they were working on my son and it made me feel that they were not doing it correctly. I was talking to a woman in the waiting room that said the office has had many Dr's coming and going and every time she comes in the staff is different. This office defines a waiting room. I waited so long to be seen and the waiting room was dirty and had a bad odor. My son had to drink some juice to make him relax, but how can anyone relax when the TV is turned on the max volume setting.
I do not recommend his office to anyone, I should have trusted my gut and not have gone back after the first visit. I learned a good lesson at my sons expense and suggest that you do not make the same one.
