Founded in 1989 as a specialty tortilla manufacturing and supply company, Mariana's Supermarkets is a small chain of Hispanic food markets. The company s butcher shop offers a wide selection of fresh cut meats, including shoulder clod steak, chuck roll steak, home made fresh chorizo and its proprietary marinated ranchera steak. The bakery department offers an extensive variety of Mexican sweet breads, conchas, bolillos, empanadas and tres leches cakes. The deli department offers a variety of authentic Mexican foods, including tacos, burritos, chilies rellenos, enchiladas, carnitas, fresh salsas and guacamole, chicharrons, rotisserie chickens, homemade tamales and chile verde. Mariana s also offers fresh produce and an in-store fruit and vegetable juice bar. Mariana's Supermarkets is located in Las Vegas.
