I had a pleasant experience with S&S and its employees UNTIL I was trying to back my truck up to my boat --I had two tires installed on the trailer. I had waited 20 minutes for a customer to load tires (I had no problem with this) so I could access my boat, As I was turning around -in the street-so I could back my truck into the parking area a customer drove in front (ie. behind) me into the spot-effectively blocking my straight line to my boat. I was in the process of asking the customer if he would mind moving forward a bit so I would not have to go back out into the street to make the turn to back around him. One of the S&S employees that I had not previously dealt with said in a loud voice "can't you back around that truck?" The customer, who appeared to be a friend of his just smiled and shrugged and walked off. I will drive 1000 miles to another state before I ever set foot in this S&S location again.

S & S on Richmond Road is the only place I trust to take my car. The people working their are very helpful and knowledgeble. They will not try to put something on your car that is not needed. I have been going their for 15 years now. I highly recommend this location. If they can not fix what is needed at their location they will send you to someone that can. I would not trust anyone else to fix my cars. Most of my family takes their vehicles their and they also trust them. Once again I highly recommend S & S at the Richmond Rd. location. They stay really busy and that is because they are good at what they do.

I had both of my cars in for repairs at S&S tire. I just had a standard brake jobs done. With in weeks both cars had brake problem. After taking one of the cars back to get it check out. The employee was very rude and presided that it just by chance that both cars are having brake problem with in weeks of there repair. And claim no over site on there part. I am taking my car else where. I will never be back to S&S tire

I never got the oil change that I originally came there for. It was like the service folks were enjoying the grief they put me through. I kept asking and they kept saying it will be ready soon. When I looked in the service area - they were not paying attendtion to my car. People came and left and I was there waiting and waiting. I'm almost sure that I did not need the brakes - my dad just had the brakes installed less than 9 months ago. I did not get what I needed from S & S. I'm suspect. I did not have a good experience.
