Shooter Beware!!! Gunny's range does not allow you to shoot steel cased ammo!! You are also not allowed to shoot AKs or most rifles any more powerful than a .223. Steel core ammo restrictions I completely understand but steel cased ammo I do not!! If I had known this, I would never have gone to this range. They claimed the only reason for this is so that the people cleaning out the traps can reload the brass casings. So it is all about maximizing their profit. In order to shoot there I was forced to purchase their absolutely ridiculously priced ammo which was nothing more than a scam because I had plenty of my own perfectly fine ammo that I was told I was not allowed to use. They even said that most ranges make you use their ammo which is far from the truth. All the indoor ranges that I have ever been too were just concerned about steel core, tracer, and armor piercing ammo which I can completely understand. I will never go back to this establishment!!!
