      Mi Piace Italian Kitchen, Bakery and Lounge opened in 1989 in Old Pasadena, Calif. It specializes in New York-Italian cooking styles. Its menu includes a variety of appetizers, salads, pasta, seafood and pizzas. The restaurant s interior features a martini lounge with a stainless steel bar, red leather couches, illuminated tables, mirrors and conga-shaped leather barstools. It has private and semiprivate rooms for wedding receptions, birthdays and bar mitzvahs and can accommodate up to 1,000 people. Mi Piace Italian Kitchen, Bakery and Lounge serves a selection of wines, such as chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot and zinfandel. In addition, it provides on- and off-site catering services.
