I've used Neal's U Pull and Save for years. Back when Dayton and his crew ran that department it was awesome. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, fun to talk to, and very helpful. They were great. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! Now they are very rude, combatative, arrogant, argumentative, and not helpful at all. They give you dirty looks and glare at you when you are there. All they want is your money. Could care less about you and the parts you need. Also, they used to be fairly reasonable with their prices. Now they're higher than the retail auto parts stores. Believe me, I check their prices all the time. Only use them now if I have no other choice. Very unhappy and disappointed with them and their service.
