I have worked with Dr. Freedman with all my dogs since Hawthorne Animal first opened. He is a genuine and compassionate medical provider who's first priority is the health & well being of the animals. His staff has been just a genuine & compassionate and a great pleasure to do business with.

Dr. Diane Thomas is excellent with all my pets. She is very professional, pleasant, and helpful as well. She does not try to SELL any products or treatment and is easy to communicate with and very informative. Its TOO BAD she works in same place as a doctor (male) who is the exact opposite and is very bad for business. I make sure to see Dr. Diane Thomas. If shes not available i go somewhere else for emergency.
