One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
