Anthony Hom is superior service salesperson & goes above & beyond. Extremely complete, competent, patient, & knowledgeable! It's a very busy Dealership so have an appointment. Once you have the appointment, he really takes his time to explain all the new technology (2017Prius) & does a thorough job, helping to pick out selection of color, options, & packages. He even drove to our home to see if it fits in our garage! & took us to their inventory garage to choose interior colors. Anthony must have spent 1.5hrs showing us how to use the car electronics before we drove off! Closing the deal Jayson Cheng was a delight, information only... No Pressure for additional add ons. I meet with Edwin and Albert to purchase a RAV Hybrid for my wife. The service was excellent. Paperwork was done quickly. Delivery promised the next day (vehicle was brought in from another dealer), and it was on time, cleaned, full tank. All the equipment and use was explained to my wife, thank you. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer, was just as smooth as the first. Paul Medina sent me to the right sales persons.

SF Toyota on Geary and 4th is reliable, professional and super well-organized. An impressive operation all around.

I usually go to the dealer where we bought the car (Prius v)--Daly City--, but the wait to have a recall fixed was too long, so I scheduled much sooner at the Geary dealer. The line to get into the shop (out onto 4th Ave.) was the only problem (arrived at 9:58 for 10 am appt--maybe I would come sooner next time). Otherwise, the service was efficient, done exactly when they promised and the guy helping me was super nice and patient.

I am always a bit weary around getting service done on my vehicle that is outside the usual oil change and tire rotation. I brought my 2007 Prius in for electrical issues. I was thinking they were going to charge a ton of money and not be able to correct the problem. They not only fixed the problem, the price was more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is that they did not call me to give me an update (they had my car over night). I called them three times before they could let me know that the car was fixed and that I could return my rental and pick my car up. A week later, my car is still working properly and I am not having any of the issues that had me bring my car in for service. If it wasn't for the lack in communication/update on my car it would have been a 5 star experience.
