Avoid this company is to be avoided as you would a rattle snake. They take your money but never answer your phone call if you have a complaint. Useless.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are irresponsible. They will take your money and you will never see your parts again. I purchase a gray door handle on 07/30/11 I found that they also carry a black one, since I had purchase the gray one with-in minute I asked what there procedure was to change the order from the gray model to the black. I was told just to pay the difference via paypal which I did or cancel the order and replace the new one. They still sent me the gray one since it wasn't my fault and did not want to pay for shipping it back, I was told to refuse the package so I did. I was told that once received they would send me the black one. I was told later that they did not carry the black one, so I told them why was it listed then. They did not reply then they removed the listing from there site to cover them selves. so I asked them for a refund instead, I was told I had to wait until they received the package. So I waited and waited monitored the original tracking # which after 10 days it stated that it was delivered back to the sender. They insisted that they still had not received the package so I explain to them to use the tracking # and was told they could not do that since it was the original tracking #. Anyway to make this shorter it is now 10/25/2011 and they still would not refund me nor will they return the original part back. They no longer answer my email or calls. So i reported them to the BBB, consider this a loss. So as stated before STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY specially if its a high priced item fortunately mine wasn't.

Ordered Wednesday, got it on Friday. Good stuff.

Prices are low but not worth the hassle.

Most of my emails were not answered when I had a problem. Better to pay a little more and get better quality parts if it is a hard install.
