I ordered a windshield from Alpine for my vehicle, they scheduled me for the following week, about half way through the scheduled day I called to see where they were and then was apologized to for not calling. The glass had to be ordered and would be two weeks. (I HAD TO CALL) Two weeks later they called to schedule a time to install. We agreed on a day and time, between 9am and 12noon. At 12 we called to see when they would be out. He apologized again as they were running late. (I HADE TO CALL AGAIN) A hour late they then tell me I will not be able to use my rearview mirror with the glass they had and that was the only glass they could get. I asked if they could get a mirror for their windshield, they said I would have to go to the dealer and buy one. I had the factory windshield with the factory mirror? but my factory mirror won't work on the windshield they got? I called auto dealer to find out there to windshields for the vehicle and it depends on the trim package. They ordered the wrong windshield. I called their competitor they said there were two windshields available asked what trim I had and then ordered the glass. they confirmed that it would be two weeks as it had to be ordered and I would not have to buy a new rearview mirror that they would use my mirror. And the big kicker is they were not a little cheaper but a lot cheaper. There is NO COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY DONT OWN UP WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES.
