Worst staff I've ever seen. Inappropriate conversation, rolling there eyes when you ask for help. I tried to return something, and they wouldn't take it back even with a receipt because package was ripped. Never going to AutoZone ever again after my multiple experience at this place. You need to fire everyone on staff esspecially the girl manager and the fat guy.

I usually come to this place because i like the customer service. They install what needs to be installed on my car like break lights but tonight is different. One guy/cashier was arrogant and looks very lazy. I needed turn signal lights because got a warning that my rear light is not amber but white (bought the light few months ago from this store). I asked the guy if he can install it for me because i don't want to get a ticket the next time. He said: no not tonight it's only the two of us here. What? There was no customers but me and they did have another person working there somewhere back the isles. So why can't he help? What a lame excuse! Like i said very lazy and arrogant. I found a place that night that helped me put the light and for free without me having to buy the light from them and they close in 8 minutes and still got helped. That is excellent customer service. I'm now going to be their customer. The short guy with a tattoo on his arm, lazzzzyyyy!

I've bought a few things at this store, but what always pleases me is the service when I need windshield wipers. The staff, both male and female, are always willing to go out to your car and install the wipers free of charge. This might seem small to some of you who have no problem changing them, but to me this service is a godsend. Excellent customer service here!
