I've taken 3 of my cats and my 2 dogs to Valley Vets intermittently over the past 4 years, and every time I've found all personnel, doctors, technicians, and office staff, to be knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always caring for the needs of each of my animals. Over the past 45 years I've had need to utilize the services of numerous veterinarians in 4 different states, for everything from a pet rat to my horses, and the doctors at Valley Vet are among the top 3 I've ever worked with. I trust their integrity and judgement, realizing that they are the trained and experienced professionals, not me. If I have concerns or questions I am answered with clearly-stated information and explanations. The reason I stay with Valley Vet is because I am confident they will always do what is best for my animals.

I've been with Kevin French at this clinic for over 20 years this vet clinic is the best they have always been like family to us they care about me and my pets! They have saved the life of two of my baby's i won't take my pet's any where else! I drive 40 mile's round trip to have kevin see my pet's it's worth it ! they are helpful on the phone and work with you if needed. I have my whole family going to them and friend's I say take your pet's there they care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not take your pet to valley vet clinic!!!! I have never dealt with any company like this in my life. Routine visits, they are fine. But if your pet is having serious problems, please go elswhere. They do not have the resources to help your pet. They over charge you, then send you to the emergency vet clinic. I shouldve gone there to begin with. Lesson learned. Its all about how much money they can get from you until your pet dies. My dog was tested and I found out she was in kidney failure. Along with the test, they came back with a $400 bill for what they can do there for an hour, then they said I would have to take my dog to the emergency clinic.They never suggested euthanizing her??? I told them I couldnt afford emergency services, so they sent me home with no pain medication or instructions on what to do. They said just make her comfortable. My family sat there with our dog at 3:30 the next morning and watched her suffer in extreme pain for over an hour until she finally passed.
