      Vital Care Rehabilitation, formerly Cactus Rehab, has been providing physical therapy services in Surprise, The Sun Cities (Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Sun City), Wickenburg and surrounding communities since 2000 and under current ownership since January 2011. Vital Care Rehabilitation was purchased by David and Andrea McWhorter in January 2011. Andreas made a positive impact while working at Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC for over 3 years as the Clinical Director. It was our dream to open a clinic where patients could receive quality, individualized care. We believe it is in the best interest of the patient to be treated by physical therapists that own and operate the facility. Since opening in 2000 Vital Care Rehabilitation has expanded it's impact without compromising our mission, which is
