I took my kitten there last week for an eye infection. Dr. Nebeker was nice for the most part other then the way he was pulling on my cats head was kinda strange! The lady at the front desk about forgot to give me my kittens eye drops. After I left there I went looking for l lysine in powder form because dr nebeker said to get that also. Well no where had a powder form. only chews. So I wanted to know if I could use that instead of the powder I called the vet the lady at the front desk put me on hold for 20 min then hung up on me. I called back same thing on hold for 20 min then tells me the dr will call me back. So I went out to pet smart and looked at the l lysine chews it said for "adult cats only" well I have a 4 to 6 month old kitten so I called the vet back after waiting for an hour for them to call me back. The lady at the desk had no clue what I should do and said that she will have dr nebeker call me back. Well.... a week later comes around and Barbra calls today to ask how I liked my visit and I told her I wasn't pleased because I never got a call back! She hung up on me!! Nice customer service!! So I'd say if you want to spend 45$ for them to see your animal and have that happen to you go there! Cost me 70$ for them to see her. And get eye drops..

I've had dogs for about 45 years and have lived all over the country. I even worked for a vet at one time. Dr. Nebeker and his staff are the best I've ever seen. When my dog needed an emergency ultrasound, he personally phoned to find out where the specialist would be working that day. He neutered my current dog and his surgical skills are superb. (Another veterinarian told me "his dentistry is elegant".) Dr. Nebeker and his assistants truly care about their patients and go out of their way to use low-stress methods to restrain and examine the animals whenever possible.

Dr. Nebeker told my friend her cat needed to be watched the next day, and when my friend said she and her husband had to work and couldn't watch the cat, he let her leave her cat overnight and all the next day free of charge. Also, when my dog first started having seizures, Dr. Nebeker did research, trying to help us identify the possible cause of the seizures, and he even went as far as calling me from his home one evening to tell me some of the information he had found. Lastly, when we had to put our dog to sleep, he and the staff at Antelope Animal Hospital made my husband and me comfortable. The whole process was very personal, despite being in a vet clinic. With my husband being military, we have had several veterinarians, and Dr. Nebeker is by far the best one we've had. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

Part 1. I was referred to Antelope Animal Hospital by two complete strangers who were standing behind me and overheard me talking about my two dogs. That was over a year ago, and in that time, I have taken my dogs to Dr. Nebeker for everything from when my dogs needed their shots, to when one of my dogs chewed up something that made him sick, to when one of my dogs started having seizures, and unfortunately to when I needed to put my dog to sleep.Throughout all of my visits, Dr. Nebeker always made me aware of all of my options. Oftentimes, he would explain my options in terms of the basic treatment, the middle treatment, and the maximum treatment. Most of the time, he would suggest the basic or middle; he never suggested the maximum or extreme treatment, which tells me he only suggested what was necessary for my dog, not what would cost the most money. I have two dogs, a Weimaraner and a German Shorthair. Both dogs were taken to see Dr. Nebeker and was very satisfied with his knowledge and care of my dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exam rates and prescription prices were very reasonable and affordable. I was also able to schedule a couple of short notice appointments and they worked me in with no problems. I moved to Arizona and hope I can find as good a clinic as Antelope Animal Hospital.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of having a terminal ill dog. Dr. Nebeker and his staff were wonderful. Even though we were not regular patients at the clinic ( our regular vet was out of town and referred us to Dr. Nebeker) the entire staff really went out of their way to help us. Dr. Nebeker worked several late nights and extra hours over the weekend checking on our dog and making sure he got the best treatment possible. I was truly overwhelmed by the level of compassion and caring demonstrated by Dr. Nebeker and his staff. I highly recommend this vet and clinic. I appreciated Dr. Nebeker+s honest approach to treating our dog, and his obvious concern for the animals in his care. I will definitely consider using Dr. Nebeker and the Antelope Animal Hospital for veterinary care for my pets in the future.
