They dont know fords. Took my expedition in for an air conditioner problem. They replaced the condenser but that was not the problem. Eight visits later and a trip to a ford dealership per the owners request and they still could not fix it. Took it to a place called wrench works and they fixed it (the blend door deep in the dashboard was the problem) in a day. Also, when the owners son works on cars he forgets things likeeaving my alternator disconnected wbich drained my battery

Import Master is nothing like what they say on their business card: "fast, fair, friendly". When I took in my car for a timing belt change the man told me that it will be done by 2pm, which was different from the time they quoted me when I called in for my appointment, and when I told them that they told me over the phone that it would be done by noon the man simply said "No it won't be done until 2pm". So I decide to leave it there, which was my first mistake. When I came back at 2pm to pick up my car, they haven't even started working on my car yet! And the mechanics were all just standing around talking doing nothing. They didn't even bother calling me to let me know that my car will take longer. So at 2pm after inquiring about my car they finally started on my car and the man again tells me another lie: "It will only take 30-40mins" instead it ended up taking 2 more hours. And the worst thing was that they didn't even bother to apologize! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BAD SERVICES!
