Joe delayed our closing a few days which we were okay with. He never showed on the new day and then stopped responding. Based on the other reviews, not responding when there is an issue seems to be his MO. He bought our safety cover from him, I assume the "warranty" will not be covered either, just like all of the other complaints. Serving people seems to be a lost art.

We always get our pool opened and closed by Sparkle. Last year we have our pool redone; cement, tiling. It turned out better than when we had the pool originally put in years ago.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their pool.

Very bad experience with Joe (the owner of Sparkle Pool). He started to tile and cope my pool on Sept. 1st 2016 and today is Nov. 13, 2016 (2-1/2 months). He has STILL not finished with my pool! He has made excuse after excuse. He has put other customers ahead of me (why, because they have pool closures). Do NOT pay him before the work has been COMPLETED! I made that mistake. He does not keep his word and dragged out my project for almost 3 months which should have taken 3 weeks. I will NOT have him work on my pool again.
"Sparklejoe"is the owner of the company. Naturally, he will speak well of his company on the reviews.

Excellent work ethic , Honest Prices , Beautiful Work. I would recommend them for sure.
