      Avoid Kent Payne and State Far...

      Avoid Kent Payne and State Farm. I keep asking for written confirmation that my policy will not renewal (the contract language says that it will unless one side cancels). I've used mail, fax, and voicemail, yet he hasn't provided anything nor even responded to me. He's happy to take your money, but don't expect him to lift a finger for you.
