      We are a primary care doctor's office dedicated to adults on Medicare. Oak Street Health Firestone Park offers same-day appointments for existing patients and we offer transportation to and from your appointments. As you get older, primary care has never been more important. We are experts at treating adults and know what it takes to keep you happy, healthy, and out of the hospital. Oak Street Health is not your typical Doctors Office. Our locations have community rooms for patients to socialize and meet others from their neighborhood and computers for patients to use as well. Our Doctors have backgrounds in a variety of medical specialities, including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
