My family has purchased two puppies from Pet Pajamas. We also take borh of them there to be groomed. Kathy the owner and the staff are wonderful. They can answer any question you have about the different breeds of dogs. The staff works extremely hard to keep the store very clean. This is no.small task. The customer service is wonderful. They can set you up with everything you need for your pet. Come and check out the store. You will fall in love with Pet Pajamas.

friends of mine purchased a dog from the pets pajamas, had the dog for 6 months they loved the dog and the dog loved them . the dog got sick couldn't keep any thing down so they took the dog to an emergency care where they x-rayed the dog and found what appeared to be a growth. the dog died my friends were devastated, any dog lover knows it is like loosing a member of the family. they went back to the pets pajamas whose policy is they replace within 1 year. that's a BIG lie. the owner wanted to see the hospital records , the x-rays and all the notes from the doctor. my friends gave to her with out any issue. she went as far as to say the dog died because she wasn't feeding her, what an awful thing to say to someone that has just buried her dog. HOW DARE YOU. the dog had tripled in size since they purchased her, that is not why she died. my friends purchased another dog from her paid for it on the spot they got another beautiful loving dog. they are both retired so they live on a fixed income. the policy is replace in 1 year, so you should stand behind your policy and credit them for the price they paid for the 1st dog. I will NEVER go to this business to purchase a dog and ask everyone else to consider another source to get a dog. What the Pets Pajama's has done is wrong.

pets pajamas is my favorite pet store.i take my 2 week old golden retriever their and they help me so much!!!!!!! i go there almost everyday and i look at all the pupps they put out and the ones in the wall. they are so adorable and everyday that i go there i am saying should i get a puppy friend for my dog or not and all of the workers are so generous and help me to decide whether or not I should or shouldn't get another dog and they helped me and said i should and gave me a choice of which dogs i could get and whitch ones whould be the best one with a golden retriever. I just wanted to Thank the workers at pets pajamas and i will see then tomorrow!!!!!!

I have been taking my morkie in to be groomed. She is 7 months old and I got her at The Pets Pajamas. I was talking to Nancy, one of the groomers there, about my 13 year old yorkie. She would not let any one cut her, so I would have to bring her to my vet and put her to sleep to shave her. So Nancy said, 'well let me try maybe she will let me cut her.' I have been so worried about her because she is getting older and she might not wake up and come out of it at the vets. So I brought her in and she was very good with her. My yorkie, Precious, really liked her. To my surprise, she let Nancy cut her. I am so thankful to Nancy! Now, I can bring her there and not worry.

I have multiple dogs added to my family from the pets pajamas. All healthy, love the store and the staff, very helpful. To the lady with the yorkie. I purchased small breeds also and was instructed by the staff how important it is to make sure the puppy ate. To call them if I had any problems getting my puppy to eat. If your puppy got low blood sugar, that was your fault!! They are very concerned about any small dog leaving the store and give very good instructions on how to care for it. They try to prevent you from having problems. If your puppy wasn't eating enough, how can you blame them for that!! Most caring people I've ever met.

this place is the best! We have bought SEVERAL animals from here over the years and NEVER had problems. The owner TRUELY cares about animals and it show in the care of them at the store. They always seem to go over and above with help and care of the animals. Their staff is excellent and polite and all animal lovers too. I have been to many pet stores that are smelly and dirty, At Pets Pajamas however the store is SUPER CLEAN, does not smell, well lit and very happy feeling. Thanks to them all up there at PETS PAJAMAS!!

We purchased a Yorkie from here the beginning of June. On the eighth day we had her she ended up in the hospital with Giardia and a Hypoglycemic reaction. This almost caused her death. Giardia was contracted at their facility and is very contagious. All puppies that were in her kennel will most likely have this and if not caught in time can cause death. Both the urgent care facility and hospital she was at stated that they have seen a lot of unhealthy puppies from this place. Thanks to several calls from my vet I was able to get my money back in order to pay all her hospital bills. But the experience has been an unfortunate eye opener. Please call local vets to see where they recommend purchasing your puppy or kitty from before you purchase them. I will never go back to this store nor buy anything from them and support them in any way.
