We also provide teacher training programs through Polestar Pilates. Polestar is the leading Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program geared towards rehab professionals and fitness practitioners who want to back up their work with the most recent research for evidence based training. Together, we are raising the bar in the Pilates community.
