AVOID AT ALL COSTS! On 8/21/18 the CNP heard my complaint about Misty A of Boston Scientific then made false promises of what the next Doctor would do she was sending me too. 8/28/2018 Dr Ray had no idea of why I was there. Then he heard my complaints of Misty A. He made false promises that by end of week His office would call with date/time to be at Kaseman for adjustment of Spinal Cord Stimulator. These calls never came in. They make any false promise to rush you out the door and still charge office visit! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place is a joke.

They don't do "pain medicine," the do epidural injections no matter what the problem. The nurse practitioner yelled at me to get out of his office and make room for people "who really want to be here and want our help," rather than even consider non-invasive treatment.

You don't even get to meet or talk to the doctor in advance of his sticking an needle into your spine.

I didn't take well to that OR to being yelled at by Alex Pangan, NP. He clearly went on vacation when they talked about therapeutic communication in nursing school.

And somehow an office visit ended up being over $500. WTF?

NEVER AGAIN. I would buy heroin on the street for pain first, if it ever came to that.

I must start off by saying Employees of New Mexico Pain and Spine Clinic are masquerading around as professionals and they certainly would not recognize professionalism even if it stood in front of them. There's no "WOW Factor" dealing with this group of employees, it's more like a Customer Relations nightmare! It's obvious this group has never been trained in "Customer Relation".I have a Neck Injury that has been treated now for going on 17 years, I've seen many Doctor's offices and interacted with hundreds of employee's during this time. I was Established patient with New Mexico Pain and Spine for 3 years. Dealing with this Pain Clinic from the beginning was a disaster, they have caused many unnecessary problems with my Accident Claim which resulted in me paying a " few thousand dollar "out of my pocket (which never should have happened to begin with).First encounter, i had major billing issue with Pain and Spine Clinic. I had instructed the office to bill me directly for all charges at least half dozen occasions, it still amazes me they took it upon themselves to bill my personal insurance that i didn't even provide to them . When i asked Doctor Rebecca Douchon who was the right contact person to resolve the billing error, her response was " I don't know they are Presbyterian Employees not Employees of Pain and Spine Clinic ". Her actions were unprofessional and shown a lack of concern.Second encounter, i had been waiting in an exam room to see Doctor Rebecca Douchon, a conversation took place between multiple employees "Nurses" who were Poor Mouthing the Pain and Spine Clinic patients . As i recall this conversation took place for 10 minutes just outside my exam room, i must say i could not believe what was exposed to. When I confronted Doctor Rebecca Douchon about this disrespectful behavior "she blew it off like nothing happened ", she didn't even give a apology.Every time i encountered Mia Sanchez, she was condescending and very rude. Don't expect a call back from Mia because she never follows through with anything. I continued to experience problem after problem with every visit, when I was made aware the Pain and Spine Clinic was mishandling my personal information, that was the straw that broke the camels back. A proper course and swift action would be taken . There's no need to be a Expert Manager with 20 years experience to see what's really taking place here. If a survey were to be conducted, it would find Employees of New Mexico Pain and Spine Clinic suffer from low moral and demonstrate a wreckless behavior that encompasses a bad attitude, rudeness and poor judgement without fear of being held accountable. I really tried to dig hard and find something Positive to say about my experience with the Pain Clinic but unfortunately all the Negative experiences i was subjected too certainly outweigh any Positive experience i would have encountered. Final thoughts, "a professional staff who treats customers with respect and didn't create issues would guarantee non exposer of negative feedback". My experience with Pain and Spine Clinic is they don't value opinion nor do they take kindly to any negative feedback, the entire staff becomes defensive when valid issues they created are brought to their attention.Note: New Mexico Pain and Spine is now practicing under Presbyterian Pain and Spine or High Resort Pain and Spine.

I am a patient here, costs are...

I am a patient here, costs are EXTREMELY HIGH, 1st you have to pay a couple hundred for hospital access(every visit), then another 4-500 to see a doctor, in 3 months time NO tests other than a drug screen were ever ordered. the lab did NOT have the drug screen information so the test was never done. the doctor is working off of 3 year old MRIs. They dont want to (or can not) treat my condition so they just fill me with opiates and send me on my way.I must go back to them 1X a month to get refils, they give NO treatment or options of treatment, just collecting my $$ and prescribing $3-400 in Rx fees. I can not afford this.
