Once new managment took over the quality in service has down hill. I took my baby in to get groomed at 8am and pick up time was 2pm. I gave them an extra hour and showed up at 3pm and they hadn't done a damn thing other then bathed and brushed out his fur! I asked the lady what she had been doing within the 7 hours he had been there and her exact response was, "Well I have a lot of other dogs here not just yours!" She was so rude and snappy. Then I asked how long it would take her to finish up and she said you could come by at 5pm or take him back the following week. How rediculous does that sound?! Any pet lover could understand why I was furiated. When I asked for my baby she said I had to pay first and she kept trying to grab my credit card out of my hand! I told her I wanted to see him first, and when I did he was a mess! His nails hadn't been trimed or anything! She ended up charging me 32 dollars for something my 2 yr old could have done!

the lady before me is wrong....wrong..wrong.. the pampered pets salon is the greatest !!! they work with me all the time and my pets are never cut anywhere. the people that work there are very nice. i wish people and there pets good luck with other salons. thank you pampered pets for loving my dogs and your great work...

After taking my dogs for grooming, one of them was wounded on the side and became infected. Not only did they deny doing so but they had a very bad attitude towards me and even insisted having me pay cash (saying they never use debit/credit cards) and when i spoke to another costumer she said she never pays with cash. VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!
