I have used Maple Hills over 20 years. Dr. B and his staff are amazing. People complain that they want to be paid...but don't we all want to be paid for a job well done? it is the people that don't pay that have ruined it for a "payment arrangment". I have never had an issue..then again my furr babies are seen when needed,not when it becomes almost too late and they know who to trust and who not to trust. They saved numerous furr babies lives,helped with my rescues and even grieved when we've had to make the heart breaking choice of "letting go". They could have made thousands off me when it was time to put my boy down. Dr. B waited untill 11:30pm for us and sat on the floor with us while we said our goodbyes,then had flowers delivered to help us through our grieving time,called to check up on us..and the bill was never mentioned. They are compassionate,state of the art,and a very thorough facility. I won't trust my furr babies to anyone else

I have been to maple hills many times in the past three years. If the rating was based on the front desk it would be 0. Bethany and another lady at the desk are rude to their coworkers and talk so poorly of their boss. I felt humiliated for him when he came into the secretary area and spoke kindly and friendly to these two nasty women. I heard them telling a customer in a full hospital which everyone heard that their boss, Dr. Bansof is only out for money and cares nothing of their pets. It was humiliating to me as a customer to hear a hard working doctors lazy secretaries speaking of him this way. On the other hand, the Drs are wonderful, the technicians are amazing. One, Hillary, has been there for as long as ive been coming there. I thought she was the dr when i first met her. Really dedicated and is more knowledgeable than two of the female doctors i dealt with there. The night tine girls are good too. Maple hills, ditch the two day time secretaries and youll get 5 stars everytime

I was very pleased at the wonderful care I got at this facility. I am a client at Allentown Animal Clinic, and at 5 o'clock, this past Friday, my boxer, Maggie, fell over. I was completely panicked and called my vet. They told me they were closed and that Valley Central Emergency Clinic would open at SEVEN! I couldn't believe it. Maggie is 7 years old and they have been her vet since I brought her home at 8 weeks! I called and the phone was answered by an extremely pleasant woman. After sobbing to her that I thought Maggie was going to die she immediately told me to come in as soon as possible. I got there in ten minutes. I was hysterical, as Maggie wouldn't get up. I ran in crying and immediately two vet techs came out, brought Maggie in the back treatment room and allowed me to follow. They hugged me and were very comforting. Dr. Banzoff came in immediately. He introduced himself and got some basic background on Maggie. As soon as I told him about the ear infections, he checked her ears immediately. She had a severe inner ear infection that was causing her to fall over. They kept her overnight to try to reduce the inflammation in her ears and to get her mobile again. I received a phone call first thing in the morning by a veterinary technician who gave me a detailed update. I received another call at noon by another vet tech who had just taken over the other's shift and she called to introduce herself and give me an update. In the early afternoon Dr. Banzoff called me himself and spent literally over 40 minutes on the phone with me, patiently answering every one of my million questions
