The 5 stars are for the staff and techs, the staff and the MRI techs were all very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have had MRI's before and this was GREAT EXPERIENCE.However since I have had a very COMPLEX AND SERIOUS SPINAL Operation and all this during my treatment for Stage 3 Prostate Cancer. In my life time of 70 years I don't know when I last I went for a test, scan or treatment that the provider of the service required did NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC DOORS for handicapped clients. This needs to be corrected, I spoke to some of my friends at Physical Therapy who have SPINAL CORD INJURIES and they all agreed that you may find manual doors shopping or at the movies. Yet having to live their lives in a wheelchair they very very seldom go for any kind of tests, treatments etc that the agency treating them does not have AUTOMATIC DOORS FOR HANDICAPPED PATIENTS. This needs to be corrected to make your MRI services COMPLETELY USER FRIENDLY FOR ALL your clients especially your Handicapped patients. Yes everyone was GREAT the challenge is getting into the MRI services when walking is impossible or nearly impossible as it is for many of our citizens who require your services.

This facility is staffed with friendly, professional people who care about your experience. Have been there twice and would not go anywhere else.
