This store seems to have forgotten that the consign-ers are what keep this store in business. Rude, spiteful customer service does not a successful business make.

Tried taking in clothes to sell and the owner was very rude. I was told my clothes were not "new", despite never being worn and having tags on them. Most clothes there are outdated and overpriced. The owner was incredibly rude and as another review pointed out, snooty. I couldn't agree more.

My family doesn't have the most money in the world; but we can dress like we do. I'm thankful that this business exists simply because we're pleasantly welcomed and never judged. We receive fair deals and friendly customer service. I'd recommend this store to any person who loves great fashion as well as great bargains!

Been going there for over 15 years and it's been the same lovely woman behind the counter peg. She always remembers my name and my children's name. She really cares about her customers and it shows! With all the options of consignment shops in the valley I will always be loyal to her because she truly wants to help. I'll be back for my summer clothes soon!!

Women very snooty need a personality check women selling there r looking for fashion but dress like old ladies called for appt told me what I can bring went to store with items told me they would take my items for spring

Only come back another time. Will never go there. Looks like a yard sale but in a building.

Poor customer service!!! I walked in at 4:55pm on a Monday and wasn't greeted with a warm hello and welcome to our store. Instead I was told by an older woman - owner??? - that they were counting the till and close at 5pm. I immediately left. I'll take my money and consignment clothes to Once Is Not Enough or Clothes Mentor.

I called stating I had clothes to drop off and when I got there, from Bethlehem, I was told, "You need an appt." It would have been nice if I was told this on the phone considering I had my infant son and two small children with me. I will never go back
