Will not honor gift card I bought for my fiancé's wedding. Gift card was bought pre Christmas for a June wedding. I informed by merchant that the wedding was not for another 6 months and I was informed it was not a problem.



My fiancé in June went for her service and the fine print was shown that the gift card was "void after 120 days" Chateau De Nails has lost a regular customer and any future business from us.



Upon speaking to management there was "nothing that can be done" and even after explaining the basic economics of what future sells and revenue they will be missing as they will lose a regular customer they did not care... just continued to refer back to the fine print.



Never was the customer ever right or did they care to smooth things over. Chateau De Nails is happier to lose a customer of several years than honor a gift card.

We asked for a complex nail pattern with dots, multiple colors and jewels and the technician did a wonderful job and the cost was very reasonable. Very nice salon with a great staff.

This place really doesn't deserve one star. They only care about your $ ! Never buy a gift cert. because it expires after 120 days. They don't inform you when you purchase it nor do they have a sign showing it at the register. However they do make sure they have a small hidden sign on inside of the shop that you don 't notice. They have to show it because it is a law. My Sister-law bought a $50 gift cert. to treat me for watching her 3 kids while she and her husband took an Anniversary trip . I wanted to use it for a special occasion and the girl would not take it after I was done. I went to their new location to talk to the owner and she could care less ! RUDE !! Pretty much told me that was my problem. So they got $50 for nothing ! What really upsets me is that I would have never given them my business had I have known they would not haven taken my gift cert. I asked the owner what would happen if someone was sick or traveled and couldn't get there in time.....she said that would be their problem.....Really ? I will never go to them and I will trash them to all my friends.....that is just wrong !!!!

Have you ever had a rough day and just needed some TLC. Well when I have a tough day all I ever think about is Chateau d'Nails. It's like going to a spa. They are great! They treat you like family. They know you by name and then make sure that every minute you are there you feel like the most special client they have. So if you ever need to feel special in every way treat yourself to a day at chateau d' Nails!!

First thing first, the decor is amazing! When I first walked into the nail I was expecting white walls, plastic chairs and employees who do not speak English. To my surprise it was beautifully decorated and made me feel welcomed. I had gone into Chateau De Nails for a manicure and pedicure, who knew there'd be variety of pedicures and polish that lasts up to three weeks!! I was ecstatic!! I had gotten the Cappuccino Pedicure and I swear that right after all that massaging I had received I was dying to make my next visit!! The Gel Polish was completely dry after they had applied it, I was in awe when I could dig through my purse without messing it up. And the best thing about Chateau De Nails is their staff. They all speak English and they completely treated me like royalty! I can't wait til my next visit! I highly recommend Chateau De Nails to get your pampering done!!

BEWARE! RIP OFF ! Over charges for Manicure/Pedicure and the nail service isn't all that great! Except to hand over your wallet the minute you walk in the door! Go down the street and get better service and still have money left over for a good cup of coffee!

The salon is beautiful and the employees are extremely friendly. It just kind of perks you up when you walk in the door to see the chandeliers and the pink and silver striped walls, I absolutely love it! The prices are decent, and the location is fantastic. The only thing I would try to improve is the wait time on the weekends. Maybe they need to hire someone else to work on the weekends just to have another helpful hand! But...I must say, even though there is sometimes a wait, people stick around and wait.... There must be a reason for that!!!!!!
