While on call, a woman in her early 20s was life flighted to my hospital with life threatening and severely deforming injuries. Myself and two other surgeons worked throughout the night to restore her health and her appearance. What could have been a life changing negative event marred with countless surgeries and poor appearance, became a medical miracle and she was married six weeks later. You forever changed my life I and owe you the world she told the team after the surgery. I was grateful to be involved in her care, and it changed my life.Dr. Philip K. Robb Jr., Atlanta facial plastic surgeon, grew up right here in Alpharetta Georgia. He attended Marist High School and then went to the University of Mississippi where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude along with many other honors, awards, and scholarships. From Oxford Mississippi he returned to his home state of Georgia for medical school at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG).Dr. Robb Jr.s faith greatly influences his surgical integrity and patient care. This changes the lens of how he views the world and thus, his patients. I recognize that many people look to cosmetic surgery to do many things. It is my intention to treat the whole person. To me, youre not just a face that needs to be refined, theres a person behind that face, a story, a family, and a purpose. As a Christian, I want all my patients to feel important, well cared for, and valued.Dr. Robb Jr. lives in Alpharetta with his wife and three little girls. He loves spending time with his family, SEC football-especially Ole Miss, road cycling, triathlons, golf, guitar and anything outdoors. Medical mission trips are a passion of the Robb Jrs.
