He's the best! Arrived on time, identified and explained the problem in terms I could easily understand. And he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.In fact, he said we may even have a few more good years with our current furnace.

I had the best experience from Brent - owner of Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling. He worked on my furnace recently ended up having to come back to make sure it was working to his satisfaction, and only charged me for one trip charge. He was very professional, timely (came out within 3 hours same day) and charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended! ! ! I agree with the previous review, Brent puts customer service as his first priority!

I HAD CALLED ON 5/26/10 TO GET PRICE FOR MY AC TO BE CHARGED THEY WERE WITH IN REASON SO I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH INDICATED THAT THEY COULD PUT ME ON STAND BY FOR THAT DAY OR THEY HAD A 6PM APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY 5/27/10 SO I HAD THEM PUT ME DOWN FOR 6 PM. I CALLED AT 630PM AND WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD BEEN PUT ON THE STAND BY LIST WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO ME I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I WAS THIRD IN LINE AT 630PM. I CALLED AGAIN AROUND 730PM FOR AN ETA I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD ONE MORE AHEAD OF ME. I THEN CALLED AT 9:00PM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT UNTIL 1030PM!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU SINCE THEY SEEM TO NOT KEEP SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I WANTED TO CANCEL. I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT I TELL MY FRIEND AND CO WORKERS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.!!!!!!
