The service I have received thus far has been less than desirable. The staff said they would call me back by the end of the week with the ultrasound results. The following week I called to inquire, and it took four days for a staff member to call me back. They have since rescheduled my procedure twice. I called again today to get a time, and was told they someone would call me the day before as they do not schedule until then. I am traveling from out of state plus I am a single mom, which makes getting things arranged to be out of town difficult. I should have went with my instincts and traveled to Lubbock instead!

I had a hair laser removal there and I am very pleased. The staff was very nice and the therapist was professional. What I like about that place that there is no pressure sale like the other laser clinic I have been to. I would go back there for other services.
