Provided by YP.comBEWARE ALL!!If I could give this company minus stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS ILLEGALLY IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS!
1. UNLICENSED activity and is not able to contract at this time according to the State of California website #869642 so this means they hold no insurances liability or workers compensation or bond
Yet this company is still in business. I was given false information about this company from Steve or Esteban Erazo, Erazo Tile who claims he is the owner and on short notice the general contractor had them pick up the slabs the general contractor bending over backwards trying to get this done for the Thanksgiving party. Then the general contractor caught them in a lie because Esteban said my slabs would be installed on a Tuesday and Tuesday afternoon they were a no show and did not call and after Esteban refused to call the general contractor back the gc showed up at 1830 E.Ball Rd where their fabrication facility is and he walked in on Esteban catching him just laying out the slabs...he hadn't even started them. Then Esteban blew off the genereral contractor all of Wednesday when trying to find out when they would be at the house and they didn't show all day and finally show up to the house at 11pm then they attempted to install them and then when the general contractor was not there upon Estaban's demands which he is an hour away Erazo Tile demanded them to pay them cash up front or else?! What??? He literally was blackmailing them pretty much holding the slabs hostage for ransom. Talk about illegal! Contractor could not make it down that late especially with cash...who has cash like that at that time of the night anyway. Plus they should know they are only allowed to accept 10% deposit at the most if they knew anything about the license laws and of course my gc knew that but Erazo Tile became unreasonable with their cash upfront "ransom" demands. Then Estaban Erazo, Erazo Tile & Slab, Inc. stole the slabs from the house after they were laying on the cabinets...of course damaging them using saws to get them up and back on their truck. I am writing this in hopes that it will help others from avoiding this kind of catastrophe. These people should be in jail and not be able to do business period they are outright fraudulent in every way and I will be filing complaints with all agencies at least to let them know about the illegal activity. Also just found out that Esteban and his brother Carlos both have felony records for drug possession with intent to sell. And after much research the real owner Angel Roman could not get a hold of.
