- Emergency CareEmployees with access to Onsite Services & Clinics have the opportunity to engage with WorkCare’s expert team across the care continuum – from physical exams, to urgent care, to wellness programs. WorkCare protects and promotes health so employees can remain productive throughout their careers.
- ImmunizationsScheduling a physical exam, hearing test, drug screen or immunization may be the first time someone encounters WorkCare before they even start a new job. Down the road, the employee will hear periodically from WorkCare when it’s time for updates. If international travel is planned, the TravelCare® team will jump in to assist. When a human performance evaluation is needed, WorkCare will make arrangements for that, too.
- Labor and DeliveryThere are many reasons – social, financial, emotional, physical – why more women than men decide to leave the workforce after childbirth. Returning to work after the birth or adoption of a child can be both challenging and rewarding.
- Mental Health“There are physical and mental health benefits associated with empowering employees to make informed decisions about their own care in the event of a non-serious injury.”
- Behavioral Health“The Wellness Solutions logo has special meaning behind it. When we designed it in 1997, we focused on four dimensions of wellness, represented by four leaves in the shape of a circle. Since then, we have evolved into focusing on all eight dimensions of wellness, and with WorkCare as our parent company, we are now able to offer clients an even greater depth of occupational medicine, wellness and behavioral health resources. Our fundamental mission has not changed –
