The only reason why I give this place 1 star is because I appreciate and respect Dr. Howard Chaitoff, and Dr. Greg Bilberry.

When I come to this place I feel excluded. Treated badly and got threatened by the receptionist when I called to cancel my appointment with more than a 24/hour notice! So, if you can.. Find somewhere else. Especial if you are being seen for addiction.

Everything a out this place is awful! If you can get past the snotty front desk people who you can hear gossiping behind the counter, you will get to counselors who are less than ethical. The counselor I saw unprofessional and unkind. The billing is a nightmare, it seems like they are trying to scam poor folks. Telling people they owe HUNDREDS more than they actually do. I can't believe these people provide mental health and counseling services!
