Brought my car here to get bumper painted after it got scratched. I paid out of my own pocket (not insurance), which was probably the problem. The paint started peeling off the bumper in less than a year. On the paperwork, the work had a lifetime guarantee. I brought it back to them, and they claimed it wasn't their fault. Eventually I reached the manager, who promised he would pay to get it repainted. My husband and I called at least 10 times trying to reach him again to get our money back. However, every time we called, he was "mysteriously" unavailable. We even left messages with our emails if he couldn't reach us by phone. Of course we never got a call or email back. If we had used insurance at least we would have had someone else fighting for us.
