Didn't like my experience there. Was alone, was placed next to the kitchen, very noisy and food wasn't that good. Will go elsewhere next time

I live locally and have avoided this Big Boys for years because of poor service in the past. The restaurant is next to a hotel, so perhaps they cater more towards travelers? Today I decided to try them again and take the family there for dinner. Unfortunately things have not changed. The service was poor and slow, the wait for the food was long, the waitress failed to get our order right - she forgot no tomato on a sandwich (and there is a food allergy), forgot sides, brought the wrong order out to us, we had to ask several times for a carry out box and we never got our bill. When we complained, a manager was unavailable only a "waiter" that was very much in charge of running the place. He did adjust our bill accordingly because we did not have time to wait 45 minutes again for another meal to made and we sent it back, however he was very rude and argumentative with us...which just upset us more. The remainder of the employees working seemed to be not much older than high school students and they were often busy "playing" and socializing with each other. We will NEVER give this establishment another chance. Instead we will stick to other local businesses. When we were ready to go we stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for our bill when the manager finally did appear from the back office. He spoke to the "acting manager/waiter" and looked our way. He never came over to speak to us, but sent a young female hostess/cashier over instead. She asked what was on our bill and verbally told us how much our bill was. We never received a print out showing us what we were paying for. As previously stated...we will NEVER be back and highly recommend you do the same.

Big Boy offers and breakfast buffet with a large variety. They're made to order breakfasts taste fresh and yummy. Friendly service.

good place to get some breakfast and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
