Many Indian dishes are cooked with ghee (clarified butter), but not at Earthen Jar! They don't use ghee in any of their dishes. So it's not only scrumdiddlyuptious, but it's healthy too!!! The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends, or by yourself reading while you eat. A+ establishment all around!
