King Shing, is no King and all Shing. I have ordered K.S. in the past and was very disappointed with the food, but this time I tried ordering on( 2/1/12@ 6:00pm), I was forced to terminate my order. The person on the phone was extremely rude, and made me very uncomfortable and unable to complete the order. The person on the phone told me I couldn't have different menu items that the restaurant sold, numerously.

I have worked in the customer service industry for about fifteen years and I would of fired an employee for the way the person on the phone spoke to me and represented King Shing.With the food being sub par and terrible customer service, King Shing is not the place anyone needs to order, eat, or thing about attending. My wife and I enjoy take out weekly from King Shing. No matter what we tried, it was of superior taste, in abundant quanity. Often we get one combo with an extra egg roll and that is enough to fill two adults. When we get two meals, we always have enough left over for lunch the next day. The one draw back would be eating inside the resteraunt. They serve pop in cans with option of strofoam cup. I would rate eating inside a 3 star but carrying out the food a 5 star. The staff are friendly and the prices under $8 for dinner. I highly recommend King Shing for Chinese and Thai food. Truly,
