      The best food on earth. Sandwiches that amaze (try the #1 Who's Greenberg Anyway?, #2 Zingerman's Reuben, #18 Georgia Reuben, and my personal favorite: #27 Pat & Dick's Honeymooner)Great meats (corned beef, pastrami, tongue) and traditional deli food (matzoh ball soup, blintzes, pickles). Outstanding selection of cheese, olive oil, smoked fish imported from far and wide. Baked fresh bread and pastries from Zingerman's bakery, Dairy from Zingerman's creamery...mmmmm.If you can't get there, there is always mail order.

      BAKE! is Zingerman's hands-on teaching bakery in Ann Arbor, MI, tucked between Zingerman's Bakehouse and Zingerman's Creamery. At BAKE! we share our knowledge and love of baking with the home baker community, seeking to preserve baking traditions and inspire new ones. We offer dozens of different bread, pastry and cake hands-on baking classes and sometimes cooking classes in our teaching kitchens. All of us at Zingerman's Bakehouse know the joy and excitement of baking something really good and sharing it with friends when it's hot out of the oven.
