No time wasted. Installers were very efficient and after job completed there was no sigh they had been here after post-job clean up. Very satisfied with our new roof!

What an incredible job Aspen Exterior did for my family. I must say that our rep Bob was so helpful and made it a point to have open communication with me and my brother in law about the work and status of my mother in law's home. See when the Blaine hail storm hit, we had sold the family home and our home inspection was the next day. We had a set closing date before the storm that damaged the roof on the house. Bob asked us the important dates for when we needed the project done. We met at the house and the family that purchased the house came by when my brother in law and I were meeting with Bob. He asked if we wanted to see what type of shingles the new owners wanted with our permission. A few days later, Bob let us know that the project was going forward and will be completed in time of the closing. Well - Bob and the amazing team at Aspen Exteriors completed the roof a week before the closing and we couldn't be any happier - Thanks Bob and Aspen Exteriors for your knowledge, your help, your professionalism and caring for your customers.

It went fine. There was a little debate over one part of the billing but it ended up fine.

You did a good job and cleaned up very well. Only complaint is our. Satellite TV dish was put in out of line costing us $90 to fix.

My wife and I were referred by a friend that had their roof replaced and we decided to give em a shot. Best idea. Estimate came in under budget and the crew did an awesome job! I recommend every time I get a chance. Will be doing future business in siding also!

That took about 6 weeks to complete but that was based on the gutter company's schedule. The roof has gone through much rain and a snowy winter now and there have been no problems. We are very happy with our new roof.

Aspen repaired our roof after storm damage, and did a fine repair of our roof, as well as helping us through the process of insurance coverage of the damage.

We had a fairly good experience with Aspen. The roofers ended up having to do a little extra work because they weren't notified that we also wanted to take out the chimney to the attic. We caught it after they cleaned up the chimney. Also, the roofers took out a good chunk of our deck railing in the process. We are happy with the end result of our roof but aren't a fan of a broke railing.

Couldn't be happier with the roofing estimate and repair delivery and customer service. Process was smooth and did not require constant follow up!
