The company handled my claim quickly and efficiently and the settlement was more than fair. They were very prompt in returning my calls and getting the claim closed out quickly. Their rates were great as well.

Very poor company to deal with, the claims rep was rude on a regular basis. They had no problem making sure they collected their premiums, when it came to paying out, then there was a problem. If your agent tells you this is a good company, find another agent. The lawyer we had to hire to deal with these people said Secura is one of the two worst companies in WI to deal with. I agree we have other claims and nobody treated us as shabby as the people who work at Secura.

Terrible to work with, they are discourteous when you have a claim. They take forever to reach a settlement.

They are not fair in their offers. If your agent tells you they are a fair company find another agent. I know someone

that had a claim that went years before settling. If you have to deal with them hire a lawyer. I have dealt with other companies

and they were not near as rude or as difficlut as Secura.
