WOW! Most horrible experience ever buying a car. Purchased a low-mileage 2018 CRV from Anna Lane in used cars. It has now been back five times in the month we've owned it. After three different trips to pick up the car, go back to get the floor mats, go back again to get the remote reprogrammed, the AC went out in 108-degree weather. Learned that several 2018 models are coming from the factory with overcharged AC, which causes it to cut out when it gets hot. Spoke with Dwayne Thomas from the finance organization, who was primarily concerned with ensuring that we finalized the financing with Capital One who they sold the loan to. He also mentioned that if the AC was going to go out, you'd expect it to do that when it gets hot (very helpful...). He's the same guy who was pushing the extended warranty so hard, he gave it to us "below cost" (wonder why...) It's now back again after all of the safety warning lights began flashing. Road Departure Mitigation System Problem, Adaptive Cruise Control Problem, Collision Mitigation System Problem, Brake System...you get the idea. Now I'm wondering if the fact that the CarFax on a car with 660 miles starting in Florida, getting registered in Ohio, showing up in a dealership in Georgia, and then being sold (unfortunately) to us in North Texas might indication someone trying to keep us from recognizing a storm-damaged car. Also lots of other unexplained weirdness with the electrical system - phone intermittently disconnecting from Bluetooth, car locking when closing the back doors, etc. No hard evidence, just a lot of red flags...Buyer Beware!!!

Service here has gone down. More about the money then the Service. Other Honda Dealers in the area have cheaper Labor Prices and Cheaper accessories. Sales People give you the run around and don’t Keep their Word.

Just bought a Pilot from Charles Bright at Vandergriff in Arlington. This guys is very personable. Had it not been for Charles I would have exploded and walked on the deal I was trying to get. Charles keep my cool cold and ran interference with those other Honda guys. You know the ones I am talking about. I would buy a car from Charles any where he was selling.We love our Honda!

I LOVE MY HONDA ODYSSEY!!! It is like a car dream come true! I was looking for something that was economical, but yet could seat a family of 5 comfortably! Mildred Dominguez the best sales associate

If you visit this location, definitely ask for Mildred Dominguez! Not only was she more than helpful and informative on a sales level, she was also genuinely friendly and was willing to communicate with me on a human level. She's also willing to stay in contact through email, which I feel is far more effective than calling customers incessantly about their interest in making a purchase. How many of us honestly want to answer a phone call from a sales representative in the age of modern technology anyway? Furthermore, I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to walk into a dealership full of complete strangers, trying their best to make sure you don't leave their lot without making a huge financial commitment that very day. I didn't feel pressured at all when I showed up to this location, mostly because I was able to ask for a specific person after setting up an appointment that morning. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and would absolutely recommend Vandergriff Honda for your next vehicle purchase!

I had been trying to change the wrong bulb with the wrong bulb? He was able to determine quickly that the socket connections were slightly loose from possible road vibration. After he secured all the connectors...turns out all my lights were working and I didn't need any bulbs replaced just yet. He had me all fixed up in a few minutes and he said all I owed him was a hand shake. Thanks Vandergriff Honda and Mike for helping me again in a pinch.hly recommended because

I'd been trying for a while to figure out the replacement of my right head light bulb and couldn't get the bulb I bought, at a parts store, to fit correctly. I was greeted by Mike Symank and he was quickly able to determine two things. The first being that the bulb was wrong for the socket I was trying to connect to...and the second was that I had been trying to put a low beam bulb into a high beam socket. He made me feel comfortable in regards to my oversight and didn't belittle me, as I was just attempting to save a few bucks. After telling me what Vandergriff charges to replace the bulbs, I probably should have taken my Accord their first. He pointed out that the low beam socket was further in and even checked the connections for me right there on the service entrance. Turns out, he told me, the connection was just a little loose and possible road vibration caused it to wiggle out. He had all my lights working in no time. Thank you Mike and Vandergriff Honda for taking care of me once again.rite, or highly recommended because

Most recently, called and spoke to Mike Symank about my check engine light. He told me about the most common reasons the light may be on and asked questions trying to pinpoint causes that might have contributed. He invited me to pull into the service department if I was close by and he would at least verify why the light was on. Upon arriving, Mike quickly showed me why the light was on and cleared it. He was right on the money with our phone discussion earlier ...fuel cap not tight enough. Thanks Vandergriff, the little things matter most and keep me coming back.

He invited me to come in and have my tires checked as a courtesy just to be on the safe side. No leaks but my tires were definitely low due to the recent temperature drops. It feels good knowing people still care about the well being of others in today's busy world. I also got a chance to see the brand new 2013 Honda Accord and speak to Patrick Jordan about it's features while I was waiting. I recommend Vandergriff Honda to all my friends and family.
