When an individual call Hygieia Hospice, one of our team of professionals will fully explain hospice services available, contact your physician as appropriate, and coordinate all of the necessary arrangements for care. Hygieia Hospice utilizes a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide care to patients who live at home, but also nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We provide hospice care to patients who live at home, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and guest homes.
