Just got home from Progressive Optometry with my new Glasses . OMG they are wonderful. I went to another local doctor and their office could not get my glasses right after three times. That's when a good friend of mine told me how Dr. Dukes was the best in town. I went to his office and had a great experience. Dr. Dukes took extra time between number one and two as my eyes take a longer than normal time to come into focus. His staff was friendly and genuinely cared about getting me into a great looking frame. The whole experience was wonderful and best of all I can see. Best experience Ever !!! Dr. Dukes was the first and ONLY eye doctor to get my vision this clear. He spent extra time to understand my visual problems. His Staff made the frame selection process a breeze. Melissa was great at knowing what glasses made my face look best.(that was no easy task) This is an Office that truly cares about helping people. My entire family goes to their office and we all very happy. IF you want a Doctor that takes times understand your needs Dr. Dukes is your man. I would rate Dr. Dukes and the Progressive Optometry staff a ten out of ten !!! THIS IS THE GEM OF ASHLAND

A bad experience. Not recommended. I used to like them, but the office staff seems to have forgotten that serving their customers is what keeps them in business. There are better options in Ashland. I found one today, and he was great.

Incredible results. I had no idea what a difference going to a talented optometrists like Dr. Dukes could make in an ordinary prescription. He's been our family's optometrist for over 7 years now and we flew back from an assignment outside the country just to see him. He's that good.
