      They were very knowledgeable about my Septic Tank issues. I was scheduled quickly & the guys that came out were on time, professional & quick! I highly recommend C & W and HanoverSepticTankService!

      Company set 4 appointments they did not keep. On the 4th appointment Billy claimed to have been at my home to address the issue but nobody was at the home. He did not know we have cameras on our property and somehow he avoided detection by all of them while he was here. I would say it is safe to say Billy was never here. They do good work when they do bother to show up but don't expect them to show up for any appointments they set. You might get lucky and see them a week later
