- District Seven serves the transportation infrastructure needs in the following counties: Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Rockdale. GDOT does not issue drivers licenses/State IDs or car tags/titles. Please contact the Department of Drivers Services or Department of Revenue for these services.
