Please do not use this bonding company. I used this company and gave them over $1,400 of which I was suppose to get $1,200 back after my case was resolved. After being found not guilty and my case dismisse, I went to the company to get my $1200 dollars back. I was told I had to wait 30 days to get my money. After 30 days passed I called and talked to the manager, Carlos Tucker, who told me time and time again that the check was in the mail. After several months passed, I sent Carlos Tucker a certified letter requesting my money within 10 days or I was filing suit and calling the television station. I received the check on the 11th day. However, it was post dated for September 2016. I took the check to Tucker's bank but they would not cash it because it is post dated. My next stop is the television station which I will contact as soon as I get back in Georgia in a few days. I work out of state which is why I have not called yet. You will see this on tv! DON'T USE THEM!!!!

I was arrested in Atlanta and was taken to the Atlanta City Detention Center. I bonded out through In His Hands & I had a Very Bad experience with this bond company. The lady in the office and as well as the owner was Very Unprofessional! Every time I call the office and ask for owner number she would always place me on hold. Now everybody knows their manager telephone. And, once I spoke with owner he was very unorganized. He told me that she handle all the paperwork. Don't use this company if this is your first time bonding out. They don't know where to start or what to do. You will definitely will be left in the DARK. This company want make you feel like you are " IN HIS HANDS" !!!

She told me she could log onto my Facebook to try contacting my family to make my bail. Which she did. She was so helpful and it gave me hope that there are people who still care out here in this jacked up world. I will forever be grateful to this company who even after court I sat in their office and had a long talk with the owner about my problems. This is a business that cares! Kudos to everyone at this place! You guys rock.
