i.e., NOT recommended because there customer service agents lie to people cancel there subscription with out the customers consent. refuse to redeliver when they are in the wrong, keep apologizing when if fact they don't meant it, it is just another lie. place you on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone. do not ever get a subscription with the AJC they will only rip you off.

Use deceptive methods to obtain additional subscription money

Sends notice and if you do not respond they continue sending the paper and try to charge you for ir.After my subscription ran out I did't want the paper and did not care for anything they sent in the mail.I paid one year in advance so I knew I couldn't owe more that I had agreed to pay. They called myhome and work trying to collect 3 weeks delivery.
