Residential & Commercial Solar Residential solar proposals available with only a copy of your most current electric bill. Commercial proposals need 12 month history of electric bills. Site surveys required on commercial but not on residential. We are different from other solar companies because we offer a solar equipment finance (Solar Loan). Whereas other companies offer a Power Purchase Agreement where they maintain ownership of the system and you are only buying the power. Savings Our intent is not to add to your household budget but to use the money you are already paying on your electric bill and redirect it to a buying purchase. Why not have something for the money you pay month after month and own your own electricity generating system that belongs to you. One that you can take it with you if you move or leave it on the building as an asset should you decide to sell. Financial News Currently the federal government is offering a 30% tax credit on solar equipment installs. Many utility companies, cities and other government entities are also offering cash incentives to install solar. The tax credit pays for the down payment on your install, the reason we do not need any money down. The other incentives come directly to you from the entity offering it. Check with your community to see what is being offered.
