Contact With Our Current or Prospective Customers is Via the 24-Hour Rental Kiosk and the Telephone Number that Feeds into Our Center. Other Administrative Functions are also Centralized in Our Indianapolis Office. These Include Billing and Collection of Rents, the Posting of Rent Payments to Our Customer Accounts, General Accounting, Payables and Payroll Processing, As Well As Advertising, Insurance Administration and Related Activities. We've De-centralized the Business of Physically Looking After Our Properties - Our Maintenance Representatives Go to Our Properties At Least Once Weekly to Tend to Lock Checks, Preparing Vacated Spaces, and Other Routine Maintenance.
